On November 18, 2005, SpaQuality LLC announced that Vivienne O'Keeffe, Spa Profits' President and CEO, earned the distinction of becoming the first SpaQuality Certified Consultant. Ms. O'Keeffe completed coursework in The International Standards of SpaExcellence^SM2005, The International Standards of SpaExcellence^SM2006, The International Standards of SpaExcellence^SM2007 and The International Standards of SpaExcellence^SM2008 as well as accompanied SpaQuality LLC on an on-site SpaExcellence^SM certification assessment. Ms. O'Keeffe can help spas put quality management systems in place that will enable them to become SpaExcellence^SM certified.

Since 1994, Vivienne O’Keeffe has offered professional consultation services to the spa industry in North America, Europe and the Far East in all aspects of spa development and operations. She specializes in developing unique, market-specific concepts for spas and spa products.

Ms. O'Keeffe chaired the education committee on the Spa Canada board of directors between 2001 and 2003, currently sits on the Spa Canada Standards and Practices Committee and is a member of the International Spa Association (ISPA).
